However, your details will remain inactive in the system for a while should you opt to pay in the future and use the platform.

We charge annually, six months, monthly, and per view. Therefore, we do not refund anything, and you cannot cancel once your payment has gone through. Please note that your payment will not be automatically renewed; it is therefore your responsibility to manually renew your subscription.

Advertising on any platform, including Africa Mall, does not necessarily mean millions of clients will flood your business instantly or within the 48hrs free trial. You will pay and check your statistics. The success of your business depends on many other factors besides advertising on African Mall. We shall publish your business information as is. Our platform makes your business visible and guides clients who are interested in your product or service to your premises if or when they have the money. Your sales will follow the buying power in the national economy, cultural preferences of your product/service, efficiency/inefficiency in your business and any other reasons beyond our control.

Write your products in keywords or phrases and sentences. Ensure your information is accurate. Describe your product(s) or service(s) in words your consumers know both locally and internationally. If your products have local names, write them as such.

Be as detailed as possible on the keywords that reflect your stock and service(s) and not too general or in broad categories only. You shall be responsible to edit any changes to your contact details and address. Remember that accurate directions to your business are a major part of customer satisfaction.

Your business will be classified either in the main or subcategory depending on the nature of your business and how popular it is in the land. Africa Mall has four major ways of searching: by product, by business name, by category, and by location only.

While we shall strive to ensure the availability of the service at all times, we shall not be held accountable for forces beyond our control that can interrupt the service for a few hours or days, including challenges emanating from our partners.

You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws pertaining to your business.

If you post a price on African Mall, you have to practice the highest ethical standard to keep your promise. Failure to do so will cause your outlets to be unsubscribed for the remaining period of the year, lose the subscription fee, and be charged a penalty fee per outlet to be reactivated.

By signing up, you have granted us permission to publicly publish these details of your business on the app. Your privacy is very important to us. The information you publish on African Mall will not be used for other purposes except for helping you and your potential clients connect easily. We will only retain your information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. You have published your business information by lawful means directly or through your official representative. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these terms.

African Mall may revise these terms and conditions of the app at any time without prior notice. By signing up you agree to be bound by the current version of the app.
